Trifarotene Cream 0.005%
3 Steps to Get Started
Aklief® 0.005% Cream contains the active ingredient trifarotene, which is a topical retinoid and a form of vitamin A. It is an innovative topical single agent retinoid cream proven safe and effective for acne on your face, shoulders, chest, and back.
Trifarotene helps the skin replace its old skin cells at a faster speed, exfoliating away the old cells in the process and helps prevent new acne from forming. It can also reduce inflammatory acne often experienced with pimples.
In clinical trials, people using Aklief® 0.005% Cream showed a significant reduction in facial acne lesions from as early as 2 weeks. However, individual results may vary.
Clinical trial results also showed that Aklief® 0.005% Cream significantly reduced inflammatory facial and truncal (back) acne leisons by up to 57.4% after 12 weeks of usage.
Aklief® 0.005% Cream was designed to be more tolerable for patients with widespread acne (especially on the chest and back) or those who could not tolerate older generation retinoids such as Tretinoin.
Aklief® 0.005% Cream can help reduce inflammatory acne and comedonal acne (more commonly known as blackheads and whiteheads).

Avoid staying directly under sunlight for long durations. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen product with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of at least 30 and wear protective clothing when you are exposed to direct sunlight.
